A primary consideration of mission-critical system maintenance is to return the system to operation as quickly as possible - which usually entails rapid problem isolation, then replacement of the faulty unit with an available spare. PURVIS maintains a depot facility, where qualified bench technicians test/evaluate the faulty equipment and make electronic or electromechanical repairs to the component level.

In addition to round the clock availability for on-site emergency problem resolution, PURVIS provides regularly scheduled maintenance services to maximize overall system up-time.

Other life cycle support services are provided, including depot level parts inventory and media back-up, retention and restoration.
