Public Safety Contract Vehicles

The PURVIS Fire Station Alerting System (FSAS)™ is available for purchase under multiple contract vehicles, shown below. FSAS Equipment, Software and Services may be purchased by eligible customers under these
contracts.

Tax Exempt Municipal Lease Purchase Financing options are also available. Ask us for more information.

Sourcewell’s cooperative contract is available and open to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada, such as federal, state/province, municipal, K-12 and higher education, tribal government, and other public entities.

H-GAC’s “Government-to-Government” procurement service is available nationwide.

Under contract EC07-23, H-GAC selected qualified manufacturers, distributors, installers and service providers of 911 Equipment & Emergency Notification Software and Services to make these types of products and services available to Customers of the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program under blanket type
contracts. Customers may require selective acquisitions of equipment and/or services OR full turnkey projects necessitating additional services, training and maintenance agreements.

PSE01 is a statewide contract covering a broad array of public safety equipment, supplies, repairs & services. This Contract serves as the primary Statewide Contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth for the goods and services covered by the Contract. This Statewide Contract is also available for use by other eligible entities.

Products and services under the statewide contract fall into five categories. PURVIS FSAS products and services fall under Category 1: Fire Equipment, Supplies, and Services.

Federal Contract Vehicles

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG), Contract No. N0017819D8361

SeaPort-NxG is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) that provides a wide array of engineering and program management services for the Department of the Navy.

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract includes Professional Services and Scientific Management and Solutions. This contract provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies to access qualified firms with a full range of professional services to satisfy all phases of the engineering life cycle.

Services offered under PURVIS’s GSA Schedule include the following Special Item Numbers (SINs) functional areas:

  • 541330ENG – Engineering Services
  • 541380 – Testing Laboratory Services
  • 541420 – Engineering System Design and Integration Services
  • 541715 – Engineering Research and Development and Strategic Planning

Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Vehicles

OTAs are legally binding agreements that may be used by certain federal government agencies to engage industry and academia for a broad range of research and prototyping activities. PURVIS is a member of the following consortia:
