The Pasco County Fire Department installed the PURVIS FSAS™ to improve their dispatching response times. With PURVIS, the team saw faster turnout times thanks to system features like visual message boards, turnout timers, and bays opening automatically. The new system also prevented stacked calls and missed alerts, since multiple stations could be notified about a call simultaneously. Team members' well-being improved as well, thanks to more gradual, less harsh alarms and individual dorm buttons that only alert individuals who are involved in the dispatch.
