PURVIS Systems Awarded a $55.8M Contract for Life Cycle Support for Torpedoes, Underwater Weapons, Test Equipment and Laboratory Facilities
Middletown, R.I., May 16, 2022 – PURVIS Systems, a technology solutions partner that develops, implements, and maintains mission-critical solutions for federal and local governments, has been awarded a $55.8 million contract by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport. Under this five-year contract, the company will support the Code 34 Communications and Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare Programs Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, and Environmental Qualification Test Services. The tasking includes mechanical and engineering design, production development, installation and shipboard drawings, parts fabrication, prototype development, laboratory installation kits and test fixtures, and performance of mechanical testing and environmental qualification testing.
